You help new Google Cloud customers get up to speed with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome through our online self-help platform. Thanks to you, leading companies, schools, and government agencies get Google-caliber customer service on demand. You design, improve, and scale the self-help platform, marked by its stellar user experience and clean navigation. Versed in search optimization techniques, you collaborate with fellow marketing and technical support Googlers to make sure the experience is powerful and seamless for customers.

As a Cloud Program Manager, you will specialize in the program management, governance, and orchestration of cloud engagements. This will involve supporting our customers and internal teams delivery and execution of our programs. In this role, you will plan and execute the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation or cloud migrations, and possess an understanding of the fundamentals of Enterprise IT and cloud technologies.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience delivering material digital transformation projects to global organizations.
  • Experience in program management, client service, or management consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, third-party developers and leveraging quantitative assessment, analysis for decision-making, and prioritization.
  • Understanding of the cloud marketplace and the differentiators in offerings.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time as needed.


  • Lead the program management of multi-functional Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
  • Take accountability for our customers to ensure the program realizes financial benefits and transformational results.
  • Manage the risks, issues and actions for the accounts, track them to meet the expected results and timelines, and build mitigation plans as the program evolves.
  • Manage the delivery quality of the partner teams and resources where required.
  • Organize various project requirements into clear goals and objectives, and break down projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
