You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams on the Administrative front.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working in direct executive support.
  • Experience with calendar management over international timezones, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Effective organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative business partnership and support for two Directors and provide support to our Bangalore and Singapore sites.
  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (e.g., manage busy calendars, book travel, create expense reports, organize events, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Coordinate duties for multiple offices. Provide support for global visitors to the Bangalore office. Serve as project manager for small and medium projects.
  • Be a transparent, organized and trusted business partner. Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define/improve new operational strategies.
  • Be the heart of the team and help drive culture, connection, and fun. Be an active contributor to the broader community and APAC sites.
