About the job:
As Change Manager, you will work to reach business goals and partner Product Areas will work together to navigate through changes.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in learning design, communications, or change management, and 2 years of experience managing analytical projects.
- Experience creating data visualizations and using data tools (e.g., SQL, Google Sheets, dashboards, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with finance organizations and financial systems with accessibility standards for creating written and online content.
- Experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends with the ability to apply data-driven insights to product and business problems.
- Ability to use change management data to add value to business planning and strategies.
- Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Ability to turn data-driven insights into business recommendations to executive stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with program managers, subject matter experts, and change management leads to efficiently create training and informational materials (e.g., e-learning, user guides, newsletters, websites, etc.).
- Draft clear and concise communications about what’s changing and how to prepare and contribute to change impact analyses for each program that defines current and future state for end users.
- Help create and maintain descriptions about key audience groups that explain their needs and preferences and inform change management activities.
- Track and conduct data analysis of change management metrics (e.g., communication open rates, training usage, Google analytics) and report results in user-friendly formats.
