As a Measurement Implementation Specialist, you will shape how new and existing businesses grow. As the digital ads landscape continues to mature with a growing suit of ad products, businesses are increasingly seeking deeper analytics with respect to measuring incrementality and modeling attribution. Providing a clear sense of return on investment to businesses is key to growing their confidence in Google as an ad-platform of choice.

In this role, you will understand customer business objectives and solve relevant measurement problems that advance measurement maturity across Google’s product suite. You will be responsible for helping our customers navigate increasing measurement ambiguity through a deep command of trends around privacy, conversion analytics, and attribution best practices.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience translating raw quantitative data into insights.
  • Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, and analytics and digital advertising measurement certifications.
  • 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
  • Ability to operate self-sufficiently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, with effective time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and measurement objectives, and provide optimal measurement strategy and define right Key Performance Indicators based on their eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies (i.e., Conversion Lift, Brand Lift Study, Experiments, etc.) for clients and optimize for success ensuring there is a read on uplift.
  • Utilize knowledge of measurement platforms and advanced analytical skills to design measurement studies. Model results and triage to return on investment (ROI) analysis on the broader media plans. Analyze attribute lift across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AE) and Product Specialists (PSA) to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.
