Level: International Voice Process – Technical Support

Job Location: Pune

Introduction:

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals for International Voice Process  who possess flawless communication and expertise in Technical skills. If you have excellent customer handling skills, are tech-savvy, love learning and implementing new technology, with the passion to guide to customers, we’d love to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand customer issue and route to appropriate team
  • Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization
  • Incident resolution and recovery
  •  Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
  • Receiving and making end user calls
  • Provide first level resolutions
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group

Requirements:

Overall Experience: 1 to 3 years

Mandatory Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an International BPO.
  • Experience in Voice/Semi Voice process.
  • Expertise in Technical Skills.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in International Calling
  • Experience in Technical Support domain
  • Experience in Salesforce, CRM
  • Excellent Customer handling skills

Others:

  • Understanding of Salesforce, CRM applications – functionalities which can be used via Salesforce
  • Exposure and experience in L1 Support
