Qualification:

  • Bachelors/Masters in English Literature
  • Bachelors/Masters in Mass Communication.
  • Bachelors of science or Bachelors of Engineering or Technology.
  • Bachelors/Masters in Arts.
  • Bachelors/Masters in Economics.

Responsibility:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Act as consultant to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct needs analysis.

Content Creation:

  • Ability to take ownership of more than one project from a delivery perspective.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, and with the required quality.
  • Act as solution architects in order to provide winning solutions to proposals.
  • Implement new ideas that are in line with what is hapenning in the industry.
  • Stay abrest with the latest trends in the industry.
  • complete understanding of learning and documentation strategies.
  • Complete understanding of content strategy.
  • implement lessons learnt and best practices from prior projects.
  • Able to handle unknown risks and have contingency plans in place.
  • Able to handle client esclataions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Able to guide and mentor the team in order to meet practice objectives.
  • Brainstorm to develop strategic solutions.

Project Management:

  • Independently manage small to large sized projects.
  • Track and report metrics.
  • Optmize resource utilization.
  • Raise invoices, and keep track of financial data.
  • Act as the 1st level of escalation.
  • Track financial data, as applicable.

Review:

  • Performs ad hoc reviews to ensure content is current and adheres to quality standards.
  • Defining productivity metrics that need to be tracked.

Training:

  • Ability to conduct knowledge sharing sessions on industry trends.
  • Able to devise training plans for entry level recruits.
  • Able to identify new trends in the industry that can be a subject for training for the team.

Team Building & People Management:

  • Participate in team building activities.
  • Grooms team to get to the next level.
  • Mentors specific team members to act as consultants for the client.
  • As applicable, focus on setting goals and priorities for the team.
  • Provides guidance on achieving goals.
  • ‘Participate in senior level talent selection.
  • Set clear and objective goals for the competency.
  • Conduct appraisals.
  • Identify, priorities and deploy action items for competency development.
  • Review progress on employee engagement activities.
  • Direct and guide other managers on resolving employee complaints.
  • Identify, groom, reward and develop high performers and future leaders.
  • Resolve escalated conflicts and grievances.

Consult & Strategize:

  • Able to understand client business needs/problems and suggest content solutions accordingly.
  • Able to conduct needs analysis at customer end.
  • Provides insight in terms of industry know how, tools know how, competitor insight.
  • Able to devise content strategies.
  • Provides inputs during the Design stage of a deliverable.
  • Contributes to proposals that involve strategies, and out of the box recommendations.

Process Adherence and Delivery Excellence:

  • Ensure adherence to learning and content process.
  • Delivery Excellence and its related areas need to be supervised and tracked.
  • Locations and global delivery health to be in green at all times.
  • Plan the budget and investments for the new service offerings, infrastructure, employee satisfaction and employee enagagement.

Market Research and Industry Engagement:

  • Identify areas of innovation and transformation.
  • Participate in Industry webinars and connects to capture insights.
  • Present papers in conferences.
  • Identify differentiators and suggest solutions or value adds.
  • identify strategic investments to address gaps in solution offerings.
