The Team
Deloitte’s SA&MA- Analytics & Cognitive practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Work you’ll do
As a Power Apps Developer, you are required to lead end to end application development using the Power Apps platform and features. You will need to translate business requirements into technical needs and develop engaging applications with UI standards aligned to Rolls-Royce branding
Understand requirements and develop Canvas or Model driven applications as per the requirement
Manage the data source and data influx into the application through Dataverse and ensure data security is maintained
Perform end to end testing and deployment either in Teams or within Power Apps environment
Work with stakeholders in refining requirements and providing engaging UI experience through Power Apps
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage small delivery teams to derive value outcomes
Openly communicate with all the stakeholders. Timely communication on status & issues
Qualifications
3+ Years of good communication and analytical skills
Advanced to Proficient levels mandatory skills and competencies:
• Programming Languages: Power Apps, Power Automate
• Technologies/Tools: HTML, web application development
• Databases: SQL Server
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure PaaS, Power Platform fundamentals
• Identity & Access management: AD, Azure AD and application functionality such as SSO, RBAC
• Understand business requirement and convert them in technical solution design using UML
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools
• Knowledge of Agile practices & processes
• Define and enforce best practices, design/coding standards to improve the quality of the deliverables and ensure the compliance with defined reference architecture and engineering prescriptions
• Proven problem solver and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and user empathizing skills
Nice to have skills and competencies:
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Effort Estimation and planning
