Business Analyst – Credit Card Domain Post by Cognizant
Job Description
Exp: 6+ years
Location: Chennai/ Kolkata ,
NP: Immediate preferred .
Credit Cards BSA JD:
- Knowledge of Credit Cards domain.
- Ability to convert business requirements to technical requirements, ability to go through the source code and convert to business requirements.
- Break business requirements in smaller user stories for scrum scoping.
- Understanding ceremonies related to data conversion, including Mock, Dress, and the Conversion event.
- Ceremonies include data mapping, data validation and reconciliation of data between source and target.
- As a Credit Card BSA, should be able to comprehend the Business requirements and create necessary documentation for Business team approval and Cross blocks
- Create User stories and Business Use cases (BRD,FSD) for the Requirements
- Provide support for Development team and Testing phases.
- Involved in any Card processing like Card Onboarding, Transaction Authorization, Posting, Clearing and Settlement of Card transactions, Bill pay, Fraud and Dispute, Statement generation, Card Cancellation/Closure
