Our team is Document Intelligence, formerly known as Form Recognizer.  We are a rapidly growing service in Azure AI and continue to expand the capabilities of the product and the customers we serve.

The Document Intelligence team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help grow our product and help customers succeed in achieving their goals. You will be deeply engaged with customers and our partners, helping customers on their journey to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or extracting insights from documents. You will help define the product vision and strategy for how customers get things done. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, research, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that reach customers worldwide.

Qualifications: 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • Experience driving AI related features and development platforms
  • Knowledge of software development and engineering systems

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a product leader within the Document Intelligence team, providing customer-centric and data-driven thought leadership and direction guidance
  • Work closely with customers on identifying, triaging and responding to issues with their document processing scenarios.
  • Define and drive the product roadmap and priorities for AI investments and determine where/how best to leverage generative AI tools and systems within our portfolio
  • Collaborate and align with multiple stakeholders across Microsoft, including engineering, design, research, marketing, sales, and support teams, to deliver end-to-end product experiences that delight customers and meet business objectives
  • Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Write compelling product specifications, user stories, and scenarios that outline customer needs and product requirements
  • Measure and evaluate product performance and customer feedback using effective telemetry and analytics tools, and iterate on product features and enhancements based on data and insights
