Job Description

Responsibilities
• 3+ years of enterprise experience, including Architecting large projects, filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources.
• Sound Knowledge on latest Architecture trends, Java/J2EE Technologies, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming Concepts, software architecture, experience with network design, and high-level Java programming skills.
• Exposure in SQL/NOSQL, frameworks, and processes.
• Design scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications.
• Troubleshoot design flaws, Recommend changes on project design concepts and system bottlenecks. Review and correct project direction, approach and key artifacts to keep projects on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward.
• Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences.
• Should be able to communicate effectively on Design, Architecture, and E2E solution for scenario-based problems

• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge
