Project Role :Technology Educator
Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : Devise and deliver technical training programs for entry level and lateral employees according to organizational requirements Deliver classroom and virtual trainings to entry level and lateral employees You will involve in creating the curriculum, develop content, presentations, hands-on scenarios, lab-guides, case-studies assessments Should have effective Program and stake-holder management skills
Technical Experience : Should be a subject matter expert on Python Familiarity with Cloud based environments AWS/Azure/GCP Upskill on Cloud Native and Cloud adjacent skills Passion to learn and quickly upskill self on new tools and technologies Passion to train and enable employees on programming and database skills
Professional Attributes : Self-learning capabilities Good team player Demonstrated program/project management skills Ability to mentor employees in team Adaptability and Flexibility Communication Interpersonal skills
Educational Qualification : BTech /BE / MCA / Equivalent IT Qualification
Additional Information : • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills • Prior experience in training delivery is desirable
