Project Role Description :Assist the Deployment Lead in all deployment-related tasks including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots and resources.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Root cause analysis 100 ticket resolution 2 Monitoring 3 SLA adherence 3 Coordinate with different teams and end users for issue resolution 4 Understand Technical Design Documents and update it for Minor enhancements 5 Knowledge of Ticketing tool like Service Now Knowledge of ALM tools like JIRA will be an added advantage 6 Proactive communication
Technical Experience : 1 Must have experience in SAP Analytics on Cloud SAC or Planning and development 2 Good to have experience in Production Support projects 2 Good to have Exposure to client interfacing will be an added advantage
Professional Attributes : Good written and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualification : Graduate
