Azure Data Architect

Job Location: Any Cognizant Offshore location

Introduction:

Responsibilities

Familiarity with Azure development, Azure administration, or DevOps
Designing, implementing, and securing resources including Azure Active Directory, Azure App Service Apps and Virtual Networks.
Ensure effective Project Management, Project Proposals preparations, Design, Documentation, Development, Validation, Solution Architect and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
Ensure continual knowledge management.
Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
Requirements:

Specialized in cloud architect for developing solutions for Microsoft Azure cloud
Should have good Azure technical skills
Should have good experience in Azure Data Lake, SQL DB, SQL queries, Databricks, ADF
Good knowledge in Azure data factory & Databricks, Azure function
Lead the technical stack of the project.
Good knowledge of Data Modeling
Skills needed – Azure , ADF , Data Brick ,Snowflake ,Data Analysis , Data Modelling ,Performance Tuning
Should be having good communication
Experience in handling client, requirement gathering & understanding
Good experience in coordinating with offshore team, Leadership & client
Good to have Knowledge in MS SQL Server
Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation, and best practice
Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions
Ability to build from good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues
Mandatory Experience:

Experience With Microsoft Azure IaaS,PaaS and SaaS services, end to end solution architecture
Experience with Cloud networking, Governance, BC/HA/DR and security, Devops tools and processes.
Azure , ADF , Data Brick ,Synapse, Azure SQL , Snowflake ,Azure Function , Data Modelling
Designing and implementing private, public and/or hybrid cloud solutions
Perform development based on established best practice methods of project development guidelines.
He will be responsible for gathering the system wide requirements that encompass the business needs and analyze them at various aspects to avoid misconceptions.
He will participate in Agile ceremonies for updates on day-to-day work, sprint and release planning.
He has knowledge and extensively involved in Software Testing in various SAP Platforms.
Follow processes created by the project manager to validate end-to-end high level scenarios and business requirements.
Validate end-to-end business requirements specific to investment management solution and coordinating and requesting data for these high level scenarios and business requirements.
Provide support for business and functional system testing which involves ensuring validating the developed code as per business need before release.
Coordinate and request data for quality assurance and provide requirement walkthrough to QA team.
Good communication skills

Mandatory Technical Skills

Must have experience in Azure, ADF , Data Brick ,Synapse, Azure SQL , Snowflake ,Azure Function , Data Modelling
Must have experience in Azure development, Azure administration, or DevOps
Must have experience in Designing and implementing private, public and/or hybrid cloud solutions
Efficient knowledge on Azure and its services
Nice to have Microsoft Azure Architect certification (AZ-303, AZ-304, AZ-305)
