Job Description

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience working in a strategy operations or consulting role.
Experience in project management.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and leaderships.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Service Delivery Management such as operation reviews, escalation and governance, and process improvement.
Knowledge of technology solutions/automation to improve customer satisfaction.
Ability to identify issues/resolutions using business acumen with cross-functional groups.
Ability to take initiative, build productive relationships, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects.
Ability to navigate in a constantly evolving and fast-moving environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, people management, and project management skills.

In this role, you will be an insights partner and thought leader to the Vertical leadership team, and will help shape to become a leading customer care provider. You will be working with key partners to define and execute the Google Operations Center (GOC) launch roadmap. You will support a mix of strategic and operational projects through engagement and project management support.

Responsibilities
Act as a relationship manager to key stakeholders and manage multiple verticals and work streams.
Work closely with global teams within the GOC and review the operations, provide strategic guidance, look for value related opportunities and improve health of the engagements.
Lead with Tech first solutions to improve timeliness of Ads Troubleshooting.
Structure and execute strategic projects to solve complex, ambiguous, and potentially charged business issues for the GOC.
Construct executive level presentations and present complex findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Build frameworks and tools to measure key results.
