Job Summary
JD Details , as below, ¿ Having total 6.5years of experience and relevant 4.8 years of experience in as SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant Required at least 1 End End Implementations and 2 Enhancement, 1 Migration / Upgrade project from ECC to SAP S/4 HANA 2109, ¿ Good Experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, integrating, testing and providing user training. ¿ Understanding the Business Requirement & document in the form of Business Requirement Document & prepare a functional Specifications documents based on it. ¿ Expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance module along with integration knowledge of MM and PM with FI, CO, QM. ¿ Responsible for SAP Plant Maintenance implementation, support & training. ¿ Generating Reports & Data Analysis on regular basis through SAP Information System. ¿ Planning & execution of maintenance plan General, Preventive, Breakdown, Calibration, Refurbishment, Capital /Improvement Process. ¿ Extensively worked in Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Refurbishment processing. ¿ Maintenance Processing: Operational functions, Notification, Order & Planning, Scheduling and Completion. ¿ Creation of BDC/ LSMW program for data upload, uploading data from Legacy system to SAP. ¿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong experience in team building, able to quickly and clearly convey project goals and objectives, project status, and deliverables at all business levels ¿ Ability to adapt to newer technologies quickly and efficiently. ¿ Knowledge on Sap QM/ PP Added advantages, ¿ Knowledge in S4 Hana Must, SAP R/3 PROFICIENCY, along with SAP S/4 HANA 2109 Configuration skills , as below, Plant Maintenance (PM) Configuration skills ¿ Functional Location structure, Equipment management, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Maintenance Order Completion, Maintenance Assemblies, Number ranges, Screen layouts, Control keys, Measuring Points and Counters, Characteristics, Code groups, Catalog profiles, User Status, Non stock items, Movement Types, User exits, Reports ¿ Maintenance Strategies, Maintenance Task Lists, Time based and Performance based Maintenance Plans, Scheduling and Deadline Monitoring ¿ Material Master, Bills of Materials, Work Centers, Routings, Material Requirements Planning, Goods movements, Batch management, Storage Locations, Purchase orders, Purchase requisitions, Settlement, Master inspection characteristics, Inspection lots, Results Recording, Usage Decisions.
