15 years of experience in advertising business/marketing and business management.
5 years of experience building and managing Sales teams.

Preferred qualifications:
15 years of experience in the digital industry, brand management, or advertising business.
Experience managing a Sales team with business goals in a high-growth environment.
Experience in consultative promoting and business management.
Experience in the CPG and D2C industry building brands or business.
Experience leading Sales teams and managers.

As a Sales manager, you’ll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers’ needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

In this role, you will drive strategy, marketing, and operations in order to grow Google partnership and market share with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) clients in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) space. You will engage in understanding business objectives and brand goals of advertisers, the current digital ecosystem they operate in, and building a strong digital video and Google search business. You will consult and partner with our key clients and prospects to help them grow their businesses through using Google solutions.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities
Manage a team and work with the regional Business teams to partner with CPG industries.
Drive business growth in the region/industry by developing executive-level relationships with customers, overseeing agency relationships, strategizing, and team leadership.
Work with the Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.
Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic business plans, and prepare/conduct strategic presentations.
Partner with clients and grow the client and agency base.
