We are organizing a Walk-in drive for all field officers in Hyderabad at Mettaguda to hire 30 to 40 field teams for our upcoming Financial service projects. Walk-in Drive Hyderabad Location – Mettuguda address: 2nd Floor, H. No. 12-7-2/31/A, New Mettuguda, Mettuguda, Secunderabad 500017. Landmarks: Lane adjacent to Saint Anthony Church at Mettuguda Metro station, inside Uma Maheswara Swamy Temple Arch.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Education: Post – Graduate or Professional Graduate (4 years degree such as Engineering, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, BSc Agriculture, Etc.,)
• Graduates with 2 years of experience in Financial Services/Sales
• Able to read and write in Telugu and English
2. Experience: Experienced is desirable but not compulsory
3. Age: 21 35 years
4. Travel friendly: Extensive travel within a radius of 10 km in the allocated area
• He/she Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid Driving License
• Flexibility to travel beyond office hours during exigencies
5. Other Requirements: Passion for serving & empowering women
• Self-motivated • High integrity
• Customer Management skills.
• Knowledge about loans is added advantage

7. Pay Package: 2.75 Lakhs to 3.75 Lakhs Per Annum.
Field Officer Job Responsibilities:
• Identification of potential areas and customers
• Building loan applications, credit appraisal, and documentation
• Customer relationship management
• Loan utilization checks, loan monitoring, and follow up
• Recruitment, handholding, and monitoring of Field Assistants FAs
• Extensive Field visits and moderate office administration
• Bank relationship management
